Follow this header format
for all state websites:
- Agency logo or image on left that links to
agency home page. Image width can vary. Image height should not
exceed 100 pixels.
- Agency tag line must appear in the center of
the header. The image is "Bank
Gothic" in 16 pt. or larger

on the right-hand-side.

belongs above the search.
- Use a gradient background.
- Design pages so they appear in 100% of the screen.
