CoBRA Strategy and Governance Meeting

The Cooperative Border Region Alliance (COBRA) - composed of Santa Cruz County, Cochise County, Tohono O'odham Nation and Mexico - will hold a Strategy and Governance meeting on September 2nd, 2009 to discuss significant federal Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funding opportunities to benefit the region.
