CoBRA Strategy and Governance Meeting
The Cooperative Border Region Alliance (COBRA) - composed of Santa Cruz County, Cochise County, Tohono O'odham Nation and Mexico - will hold a Strategy and Governance meeting on September 2nd, 2009 to discuss significant federal Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funding opportunities to benefit the region.

- Shared Understanding of CoBRA History and progress to date.
- Shared agreement on desired future State and Vision of CoBRA.
- Plan forward for taking advantage of future funding including a draft outline of CoBRA Board of Directors and Rules of Governance.
