Project Approval

AHCCCS Data Warehouse/Decision Support System

Motion Approved with Conditions as follows:

 

1.      As a result of the procurement process, should the best and final vendor offer exceed the estimate cost by 10% or more, or should there be significant changes to the technology, scope of work or implementation schedule, AHCCCS must revise the PIJ to reflect the changes and submit it to GITA for review and approval prior to the expenditure of funds.

 

2.      AHCCCS must provide GITA Oversight staff with a revised Project Plan, and updated Risk analysis and Financial Assessment to enable project monitoring.
