Approval of December Minutes

Motion to approve with conditions:

 

As a result of the procurement process, should the best and final vendor offer exceed the estimated cost by 10% or more, or should there be significant changes to the proposed technology, scope of work or implementation schedule, AGO must amend the PIJ to reflect the changes and submit the amendment to GITA for review and approval prior to the expenditure of State funds.
