Approval of November 20, 2003 Minutes

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-341.01(B, minutes of the Information Technology Authorization Committee are recorded by tape recorder.  Taped minutes are maintained permanently in the GITA office.  Public access and review of ITAC minutes are available by appointment Monday through Friday during normal business hours.  Please contact Margaret Mueller at 364-4770 to arrange for an audit of the tape-recorded proceedings.

Project Approval

Motion to Approve with conditions as follows:

 

  1. When USDOL Reed Act Funds have been secured to finance the project, your staff must notify GITA of the intention to proceed with the project.

 

  1. After the RFP is published for vendor responses, DES staff must amend the PIJ to include the Scope of Work and specifications and submit the amendment to GITA for review.

 

  1. As a result of the procurement process, should the best and final vendor offer exceed the estimated cost by 10% or more, or should there be significant changes to the proposed technology, scope of work or implementation schedule, DES must amend the PIJ to reflect the changes and submit the amendment to GITA for review and approval prior to the expenditure of State funds.
